Where did sound guardian feature go?
What happened to the sound guardian feature? It was replaced by walkie talkie which we don’t need. Please bring it back.

Useful for everyday task
after a week of use, now i appreciate this app, you need to learn everything in this app, and everything is useful to keep our child safe. monitoring is important.
Need improvement in tracking updates
The device and the app are okay, but they still need improvement, especially in tracking. The tracking updates need to be faster so we can locate our kids in real time and see their exact location.
No update for 3 years
I see that no update was made for 3 years to solve the issues on sos, 12 hr time, camera, etc. if you truly care for your child, don’t buy the watch that comes with this product.
Cheap and Quality!
At first I was sad because I can’t get the pedometer working. But aside from that the features are all great! works here in the Philippines too. Can call send voicemail and video calls even text. Thank you Awei!
Pls update the app
My watch is charging but when i see the percentage on the phone its keeps on saying 3% even though its charging pls update the app.
GPS tracking not accurate

I’d like to have accurate and timely tracking. Most of the time, the tracking isn’t precise, and sometimes when I check the location, it shows we’re still in a place we’ve already left.
Working but lacks options
App works fine overall but: 1. Location have a few meters difference from where watch is actually is 2. A bit difficult to add user
Upgrade
Upgrade to a new theme. And make the time to 12hrs, kids doesnt know the 24hrs time. The camera is too zoom in make it wide or far.
