Στο iOS όταν η εφαρμογή είναι κλειστή δεν έρχονται οι ειδοποιήσεις, τα μηνύματα του παιδιού μου παρά μόνο όταν ανοιξω την εφαρμογή. επίσης όταν κάνει το παιδί μου βίντεο κλήση η εφαρμογή δεν χτυπάει για να μιλήσω με το παιδί μου. Πρέπει πάλι να έχω ανοιχτή την εφαρμογή για να δω ότι με καλεί.
You need to by default use gps rather than lbs for accuracy. Lbs is the exact opposite of accuracy, making the product useless
We are from Greece. The watch is nice and light, perfect for a kids hand BUT. The gps is not accurate at all. It shows that the kid is at another town! Not in an other block. Please do something
If you lose your kid you will never find it with that gps and the connection with the wristwatch is always out…
You can see the right location - positioning from the child . Is shows far away distance from the location tha the clock- child is.

It does not read the number and what should I do?
I highly suggest this watch and app. Bravo guys My elder mother can use it easily, she is not very keen with technology. I can monitor my mother who has kinetic problems and all the emergency functions have been tested many times and work perfectly, I’m an IT specialist and it’s perfect because: - simple to use - easy to configure - the old person simply clicks one button Thank you guys for making this
The map is not accurate it doesn’t use GPS as it should it is not good as find my kids. Which makes me sad if the watches would work with find my kids I would prefer use that app as this app has loads of to learn.
Goodmorning and happy new year. The app is downloaded in my device (iOS) as “dad”, and in my wife’s (also iOS) as “mom”. But, 1. It doesn’t sync between the two apps in SOS numbers and Tracking Frequency. “Mom” has to put the numbers by herself. 2. Even though I paid the 12 month package for “no ads”, in my wife’s app (as mom) still the ads are there.
