L’application n’a pas la langue français, je crois que lorsque qu’un produit est vendu au Quebec il devrait y avoir l’option français dans l’application! Je suis assez déçu

The app does not send you notification when the washer or dryer is complete. I tried going into setting, I scroll down and the app does not show up… therefore I cannot turn on the notification settings.

All I want to do is use my profile oven to air fry a feature I paid for. But in order to do that I must use this terrible app to connect the oven to wifi and then open the feature. Outside of data mining personal information there is not useful reason for this. The app does not recognize my password though I wrote it down when I set it up. This is just a nightmare. When the stove dies in 4 years I will make sure I never buy another product from this company. If I buy a feature it should be available once I plug in the stove. Awful awful engineering.

Donnez moi une solution afin que je puisse me servir de cette application car avoir une cuisinière aussi cher et ne pas pouvoir l’utiliser complètement c’est vraiment à me mettre en colère. Je suis française et je vis au Québec qui est une province francophone du Canada. Je ne parle pas l’anglais donc comment faire pour avoir le choix de la langue française en vivant au Québec (Canada) sur votre application . Merci d’avance pour votre aide.

Wish the app would tell me after the last cycle the filters need cleaning, rather than before the next cycle. When I start the unit up, I want to start washing. When I’m done washing/drying, I do all my ‘housekeeping’ then. Also, wish it was a bit more robust in selecting the types of cycles & general control of the unit.

The app doesn’t seem to go to sleep when the phone is not in use. Used 50% of my battery after drying one load of laundry!

Works great. I know some people have issues with the control sensitivity but I found that only happens if it’s wet or your hand are wet. Just like your phone would do also. 10/10 would.

We just had GE heat pumps installed. The instructions said to download an app, which no longer exists. After some Google search we found this app. After some googling about the app, we discovered it is the new app for GE and a bunch of other brands. The first difficulty with this app is that heat pumps/ mini splits are not listed as a supported appliance. We ended up connecting them under AC units. This could have been clearer on the app! This method worked ok, and the heat pumps were immediately updated with new software, so we knew this was how to connect them. The paper manual and the the ‘info’ sections of the app are pretty much useless, so you have to figure things out for yourself. Like how ‘sleep mode’ works. For the record, it is not as advertised. Our units turn off, rather than operating at a reduced temp for 8 hours and returning to the original heat setting, as the manual and info bubbles tell you will happen. So not a useful part of the app or remote! The ‘schedule’ is also useless. It’s on and off. You can’t reduce the heat at a point in time through the night, and have it go up again before you get up. It’s -10c here all week, so we don’t want them off, but would like them to be able to be set to adjust, a little cooler at night for a comfortable sleep, but warm to get up, especially for the kiddos (and of course my wife). I give the app 3/5. There’s some useful control from bed, or anywhere, like setting temperatures and fan speeds, but it could really use some tweaking to be awesome and useful for home users.

Whatever happened in the latest update broke my washer and dryer. Sometimes I get notifications and most of the time I don’t. Going into the app shows them offline 99% of the time even when they are online. Not sure what happened but it needs fixing.
