SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Basic Subscription is available for $19.99/month, $89.99/6 months, or $119.99/year (prices may vary by territory) within the Sheiko Gold app.
You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the 'Manage Subscription' page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.

Really helpful

I am coming back from a major health issue and was uncertain how to structure my training. This app takes my wellness into account and removes a lot of uncertainty. It also increases my motivation to train by telling me when to train and by allowing me to set things up so that the training isn’t going to be too tough.

Some features confusing

I enjoy the app mostly however I’m struggling with how to update my Body Weight and Body Fat percentage as they change through my training. Can’t find any info on the website or forums about this.

Put kgs on your major lifts

Nothing better if you want get stronger in my opinion. It sometimes seems a bit gentle or counter-intuitive, and you will learn lift variations you've never done before, but trust Boris. He knows. This is a long term plan and if you follow it your numbers will go up.
