Useless App
This app is F useless. Every time I initiate the payment @ the pump it starts authorizing payment then tells me the pump is unavailable.

FUEL DRIVERS
This mobile payment application provides a secure and convenient way to pay for fuel at the comfort of your car, as well as purchasing any items inside the store at participating Shell stations in the United States.
• You can link your Shell branded credit cards, checking account (via Shell S Pay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or directly add your credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
• There is a NEW way to pay with Shell eGift card. Add or purchase Shell eGift cards from your app!
• To pay for fuel outdoors, simply unlock the pump using the app. Or to pay inside the c-store, present the app QR code to the cashier. Either way, you are back on the road in no time. Everything you need is in the app, including loyalty program integration, receipts, offers, and station locator.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE DRIVERS
The Shell App now supports EV drivers! Drivers using the Shell App can select the EV option to access the Shell Recharge network. The Shell App allows EV drivers to locate the nearest charger, check the station’s charging status, start and stop charging, and easily make in-app payments.
FUEL REWARDS® PROGRAM
Shell Pay & Save eliminates the need to carry multiple cards, reduces the number of prompts you have to answer, and is integrated with the Fuel Rewards® program so you can save automatically on every fill up, every day!
• New to the Shell App? You can earn a one-time 25¢/gal savings by downloading the app and completing your first Shell Pay & Save fuels purchase.
• All Shell App users earn additional savings for continued use of Shell Pay & Save. You can now customize your savings by choosing to redeem only everyday savings or to use your full rewards balance with Fuel Rewards choice in the Shell App.
• New loyalty status added, see potential new rewards to gain with Platinum status.
Participation in the Fuel Rewards program through the Shell App requires you to link a new or existing Fuel Rewards account in the app. See Terms & Conditions for complete details.

Purchase limit
sometimes there will be troubles connecting and or the payment doesn’t go through the first time and if doesn’t work the first two times the app will tell you that you have reached your purchase limit and can no longer pay with the app. Makes it very difficult seeing that i have my dads card on the app and can no longer get gas because i reached my daily limit but never got any gas.
Fuel and EV
For a family with both types of vehicles, I really enjoy how you can use the app to fuel and simply switch over to charge when driving an EV without having to switch accounts or setup separately
Not working
The app used to be great and lately I’m not getting any credits for my fill ups. customer service was also not helpful and said there was nothing they can do even after I sent them copies of my receipts.
Error
Could you please update the app, for the past two weeks having to get gas, the local gas station that supports paying from the app says error please try again, I’ll go to another pump and it’ll say someone is using it when no one is at the gas station. Please fix.
Does not work
Can’t create account. Can’t reset password. Nothing works at all.

Before I download this application, be prepared that it will work after a while and you will not always be able to use your earned points.
Worthless app
This App stopped working for me. It keeps say my email is registered in another country. I’m in the United States not in Canada. Ive been using for the past few years. Now all a sudden it can’t find my email or password is wrong. The thine is I used it yesterday with no problem. But today there is a problem. It need to be fixed
Worst App ever
Waste at least 5 mins each time trying to fill up waiting for app to work. Terrible.
Good app but….
It’s a good app but it doesn’t track the fill ups to get the extra discount. It only stays at 5 cents even when I fill up twice a week.
