As title says, I’ve had to reinstall this app several times because it breaks spontaneously and Shell’s official advice is to reinstall the app. There is no fix for this and it happens randomly.

Start charge? Error! Log out? Error! Log in? Error! Refresh? Error! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app a dozen times but to no avail. It’s a dumpster fire.

Really needed this app for an EV rental in Europe. I only see chargers in North America, none in Europe. Since I could never check the rates I charged blindly and will wait for the bill.

Their website listed a station that was undergoing servicing as available which led to me needing to get a tow. When costumer service was made aware of my situation they offered me 5 dollars for my trouble… which actually never appeared in my account. This company is horrendous and my entire family and friends will now not ever be using shell in the future.

Logs you out randomly then won’t let you log in for 24hrs. I drive for work so it’s great getting home late and realizing I’m going to start the day with an empty battery because this app isn’t working. Broken for a long time. 🤷smh

This app constantly crashes, times out after a few seconds, locks up, and is just overall bad. There is nothing seamless about with the integration between the chargers and the app. One star is being generous.

Staying Ripken Baseball in Maryland and there are a whole bunch of Shell chargers that require this app - but the app doesn’t seem to know they are there. Nothing comes up.

At least 20% of the time the fast charger simply won’t connect. There’s some kind of error. I have never had any problem with the slow chargers, though

Signs you out the second you look away and doesn’t keep any of your login info, so you have to completely re-enter username and password every time you open the app.

2 out of the 3 charges where broken. The one that was online couldn’t start because the app cannot receive payment. You don’t want my money, fine well thanks for the VIP parking at least.
