Shirabe Jisho

I listen to a lot of Japanese music where official lyrics are difficult to find, so I'm often forced to try and figure them out by ear. This app has made it SO much easier to figure them out through trial and error by typing in English. I also really appreciate the amount of slang included, because there have been lots of times where I try to translate forum posts that autotranslators turn into utter gibberish due to the double meanings of common words.

I’ve used various Japanese-English and Japanese-Korean dictionary apps, and some of them were made by big-tech companies, but none of them were as good as this one. Unlike the other dictionaries that are heavily loaded due to multiple functions you don’t really use, this app offers only essential functions for studying Japanese and so makes it very light and comfy to use.
