Canceled something I purchased on a pre-order, how does that even happen? Items were suppose to be shipped on August 13, they were NOT! I emailed them twice and no response. Will not be ordering again.

I have great products from this store. However, I would like to recommend them to fix the tracking issues because it took months from my previous order to notify me of my shipment.

what was pictured was what was received? My personalization was perfect all in all a very cute piece shipped quickly and was here faster than I expected.

Twice I went to cart to check out at different sites and needed to add a discount code. It immediately charged my card without letting me add code. That caused me to be overcharged and have to do a Return and pay shipping on items I had to send back since code wasn’t applied. Hate it.
