Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store

Never buy it from here , sellers dont even reply properly . Lost my 102aed here. Even shopify wont be able to help. Better buy from other reliable apps .

I never thought i’d be here writing a review of this level. I’ve been a Shopify business owner since 2019 and only up until 2013 Fall has it been a snowball of absolutely zero help from inconsistent, uninformed, frivolous customer service representatives. The way that I am livid I should’ve submitted this review time ago, but here I am now. Every single instance that I have reached out to Shopify reps for help nothing has been consistent. The information given has been consistently incorrect to the point where I’ve had to take screenshots from previous conversations with representatives and show the current representative that they are indeed also incorrect in what they are communicating, it’s embarrassing is not on the same page. And doing so misdirecting the customer has snowball into multiple issues with my bank accounts their credit products and now customer service from an app that they provided for free. And now because their Shopify review app that I’ve had for 2 to 3 years recording amazing customer reviews, they removed. I missed the cut off date by 2 days because I was bedridden sick and when I had written to customer service of Shopify, for the product that they created, I had asked is it possible to just get copies of the reviews? No, it’s not because I was two days late. So for something that would help my business make more money and subsequently make Shopify money because those reviews give my website credibility. No one can help me get those back in 2024…. at this point why do I even bother ask the Shopify chat for any help at all because of the inconsistencies that I have had writing for multiple issues? And a lot of the time that I am writing, because I’m checking up on if the information the previous representative gave me is consistent with the current representative and consistently it is not. It’s clear that when changes occur within Shopify some representatives get the memo and others don’t and because of this businesses like mine take the hit. To think I’ve written them easily 15-20 times for hours on end for issues, I’ve received a refund for 1 month of a subscription fee (as a sorry) and never once was an issue resolved as I got the runaround and was left in tears multiple times out of frustration! What type of track-record is that?

There is issue going on with shopify i’m trying to login but it’s not working it’s showing me the same page again and again!!

So far it has been easy to set up my account, hope it will be as smooth. 😇😇

Everything is great on shopify but the only problem is to set up shopify payments so please shopify please enable it in the united arab emirates, so I can start selling, PLEASEEEEE SHOPIFY!!🥲🥲

Recently I was logged out from my Shopify store and there was a bug in their system which was unable to send an OTP to my registered mobile number and its been now 5 workings days that I am logged out from my store and there higher teams are still unable to send me an OTP on an email/Sms/call. Everytime I contact their support they are just working on it :) This is worst of worst that a store owner is unable to login to his store for 5 workings days and their pathetic team is still working on it!! I am amazed how they are going to resolve any bigger issue when an issue like an otp cant be resolved timely. Thank you shopify this is the last time I am using ur services

Be careful new users once the collect maximum their targets and they server down for users.
