Changed my life.
I’ve been with them since 2016. They had some special on POS Pro for 1$, I wanted to opt out the trial of 3months, now their team is incapable of removing it and force me to pay every month. I can’t make this up, im even opted out on my back office.
This newest update had caused so many issues. Order notification only comes through randomly hours later or the next day. Then you think it’s a new order, nope, just an order from yesterday. The abandoned checkout emails also say “not recovered” no indication if the recovery email has been sent or not as usual.
Hi Shopify tea... Super happy with the entire app. But recently it's changed that one can't swipe between orders. You have to go back and then select a new order. This is not working whatsoever. It takes double/ Tripple the amount of time to process orders. Please can this be sorted out asap. It's really not a good change that helps the user. Regards Hanrick
Hi guys , I’m happy with the app but I just can’t seem to view the app and thereafter have the number of notifications on the app logo refresh. I hope this makes sense? When I enter the app and view my orders and then exit the app there is no change in the number present on the app logo, what do I need to view exactly for it to refresh? I have tried all types of settings of notifications , nothing is working, please help. iOS

For the last week i havent been able to use my account. Your app keeps saying "execution error" and won't load. Your help website doesn't load either. I haven't been able to load new products/change existing products. Please do something about this.

BEWARE - THEY SEIZE/STEAL YOUR FUNDS WITHOUT EXPLANATION I opened an account to simply test the platform and processed a single £100 transaction with my own card to see how it all worked. I got an email saying my account violates the rules (no explanation why) and that it has been closed and my funds held for 120days. Customer support is now impossible to get an answer from. It feels borderline criminal, I’m £100 out of pocket, plenty time wasted and shopify have zero interest in rectifying. Don’t go near this platform.
