Shopify has poor support channel and poor support team if you ask for help they will leave the chat
I need Subscription Refund
25$ Subscription fee was deducted from my account which I didn’t subscribed. It was just a trial i need my refund.
New graph look is not good

Dear Shopify,
I have deleted my Shopify premium account and I have been emailing you since then to give me my money back but I have not received anything. Other than that I tried your help support as well but it was completely useless. Now I kindly request you to give me my money back.

Error
Edit option not working sometimes. We can’t edit products on mobile
Shopify account isn’t sending me recovery code on my cell phone number or email address
When i used to log in from my phone-i enter required details like email and password then it shows “enter your OTP” but i am not receiving any email or any SMS from them.
