Can’t scan multiple waybills because the app no longer allows me to. i mean it does scan it properly, but it doesn’t close the scanning interface right after it captures waybill number. end result, i have to manually encode all waybill tracking numbers. Why do you keep on changing an app that already works??
You should fire the UI designers of your mobile app. You just keep on making it worse. First, you place useless buttons in place of actually viewing and copying the contact information of customers in their order pages. Next, you totally remove the option to view fraud analysis on each order. Why would you do that?
I have billed 255.96 $ in my connected bank account.. it said earlier that it has not been deducted to my account and when i saw this notification to my email.. i immediately close my store so that it cannot billed me.. but 2 days after i opened my bank account.. it deducted and it never notified mee.. please help me get refund please.. that is not my money!
No one in their support team has been able to help with my issue and all left me hanging with “will escalate this” and I never receive any solution.
The app takes too long to load the dashboard. Everything is delayed and not real time.
