Inaccurate reports
I only used the app for three days because it was highly inaccurate compared to my health app linked with my phone and watch. It did not record my sleep time appropriately, it was vastly off by at least an hour each night.
Yes, SleepWatch is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Ever since I downloaded this app, more and more features have been restricted. Now, when I try to look at my information I get full page ads for stupid children’s games.
It will not show you a comparison or allow you to print it out.
Why interrupt entering the health information for a stupid ad? There are ads all over the screen. I find the app useful, but hate that full screen ads and video wait ads are showing up all the time including when I want to put in my information. Also, showing me a game to waste my time is not useful. I will not be purchasing or playing them and it makes it look like I am playing something when I am not.
The app results are off comparing to the apple health app not sure why that is
Had been using the regular sleep schedule on the Apple Watch with some degree of success and wanted to try something with more advanced features. Was excited at the list of features provided. First, very disappointed I cannot delete recordings or any data within the app….creepy….. second: when I select ready for bed on watch imagine my surprise in the morning when I swipe my watch and say ready to wake up only find that it says I did not sleep at all. 0-10. Would not recommend.
Some of the SleepWatch functions do not operate because of one thing or the other— usually settings on your phone or settings on your watch or permissions in the app etc. The sleep report was useful when I was a paid subscriber. But with another watch it is part of the watch and does not require another subscription. And on the other device, the report is more detailed, fun to use, and automatically stored, with easier to read text and multiple charts. So I was spoiled and cannot look at this product the same as someone who has used better.
….somewhat due to the limitations of the apple watch, I’m not sure all the data is entirely accurate but gives you a good baseline. My bigger issue with SleepWatch was the fact that I was being double billed and when I brought it to the companies attention they wouldn’t do anything about it forcing me to open a time consuming dispute with my credit card company. Life is too short there’s plenty of competition out there.
Used to work great. Loved the app. Now for over a week it has not been syncing my data. And no matter what I try, nothing works. That renders the app useless to me. I’ve been using the app since I first received an Apple Watch. It doesn’t seem to work any longer so I guess it’s time to clear up space in my devices. Very sad because I enjoyed the sleep tracking.
It sells your data
