Terrible app

App keeps disconnecting from bluetooth!! It won’t connect when I hit connect! Battery percentage is showing 0% with new batteries in it! Cannot put auto lock on nor change Lock Language to English😡 Smartlock features are working except remote unlock due to it not staying connected to Bluetooth! It started midday yesterday! I have uninstalled the app and installed it back. I have deleted the gateway and smart lock and added the back and still the same issues!! I can’t even control it using google asst!! Also my wifi connection is connected to the gateway! Please fix this asap!!

The latest iOS update has disabled my lights and won’t reconnect. Crappy paperweight now.

Consistently doesn’t pair with my light bars, signs me out or doesn’t complete simple functions, Govvee is still the LED light king

Fix a major issue to be able to use on multiple devices. Do you know how annoying it is ONLY to be able to control on 1 device. I have android phones i have multiple iPads pro i NEED to be able to control on IOS or androids. Please FIX this issue. Surprise nobody else has complained about this. Also want to point out lagging on first turning it on takes several attempts or even turning it off. WITH THOSE 2 ISSUES THIS APP IS TO STARDOM & PERFECTION!

New updates broke some automations and scenes. Was a riddle/puzzle to re-add due to app crashing upon not following ODD SEQUENCES. Steps were one by one with saving in between steps then going back little by little to save until finally complete. If that makes any sense. App would crash trying to follow “standard” steps. It was a mystery to finally figure a backward way of creating and saving without app crashing. All around good for what you’re getting, despite a few major issues, such as …..NEVER receiving my paid subscription for mobile text for a couple years now

Version update? WTH?

This app does not work in an apartment complex. It wants to add all of my neighbors devices instead of mine. I have tried for hours to add smart bulbs and switches to the app and for whatever reason it cannot get past the fact that my neighbor has a rumba. I have called customer service a handful of times, I have tried every way to add them imaginable and it is such a pain in the neck. App doesn’t work and support is no help.
