Yes, Smood is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Smood legit?
⚠️ The Smood app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
De loin le pire service de livraison. Je passe une commande, j'attends une demi-heure, une heure, une heure et demi, il ne se passe rien. Pas d'appel, pas de messages, pas de mail concernant la commande. Le lendemain je souhaite contacter le service client avec l'assistance en direct (car numéro surtaxé pour les appels bien évidemment); impossibilité de se faire rembourser, et l'assistante ne me répond plus après ma demande de remboursement. Fortement déconseillé, à vos risques et périls.
Support is terrible, got cold pizza, no reasonable refund
We ordered two pizzas plus delivery fee for 50chf. One hour later (as mentioned in the app) they arrive cold. We contact support in the app and they can only refund us the transport fee of 6chf. Which is ridiculous because we didn’t get what we ordered. We ordered warm pizza and we got cold pizza. Otherwise ok experience

Pas mal de resto mais 17 chf de livraison c’est quand même un peu cher!!
Il faudrait faire un effort sur le packaging recyclable!
Application fonctionne plus depuis quelques semaines
Faudra réparer votre application bientôt car on ne peut plus voir le statut de commande. Pas top

Une livraison en retard d une heure, un livreur qui explique que s il y a un problème il n est pas responsable, des surgelés livrés dans un sac en papier avec une bouteille congelée comme si ça suffisait … très décevant

Ordine sbagliato!
Ho chiamato per reclamare e ha detto subito il nome dell’ordine con modifiche,.. però loro non hanno avuto la segnalazione delle modifiche… tutto molto strano e ovviamente ordine sbagliato!
Per scusarsi ci hanno dato 5 franchi.
Noi pranzo ghiacciato e una è rimasta a digiuno.

Apart travailler avec des partenaires qui font que d’annuler les commandes quand je suis en détresse et que j’ai faim, il ne servent à rien.

Alors déjà qu’une fois j’ai eu une double facturation heureusement on m’a remboursé donc bon je vais pas en mourir
Mais les gars ça fait 3 semaines que l’app fonctionne pas et que ça me dit « impossible de rétablir la connexion internet » au dernière nouvelle j’ai pas la fibre pour qu’on me dise que j’ai pas de wifi. BREF pas ouf pourtant c’était pratique parce que dans mon petit bled y’a pas grand chose sur uber eat (déso je balance les nom de la concurrence) du coup bah je peux pas trop recommander votre app comme ça dépasse pas l’écran rose (joli rose d’ailleurs c’est quoi la réf de la couleur ?)
Énorme retard
Beaucoup de retard et à chaque fois le repas est froid en arrivant, vraiment déçus de plus la livraison est pas donnée..
