This app legitimately never works, everytime smiths or what ever other brand has some promotion going on, you scan the QR code and this sorry excuse for an app is required to be downloaded, and every single time I try and make and account and get it to work, but the coding for the app must have been written by Michael J fox. Just absolute trash. So I delete it every time. Don’t bother, people never win from chip packets anyway

I go to re log in after a long while of not using it, I have no clue why I’m logged out in the first place. It says that my email and password are wrong. I go to reset it and it asks for my email as they usually do, I put it in and I never get an email sent in order to change it. I checked all places of my inbox and nothing. I decided to search them up in my inbox and they came up, so they have emailed me before. I decided to make a new account with another email, but it needs a phone number. Low and behold it’s linked to the other account I can’t get into.

This app is just a way to get your email and phone number, basically it wants all access to your phone. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Reset password link does not work, so cannot use app How Do I unlink my email address from this?

Avoid downloading App offers nothing, verification non existent, personal details needed to sign up, no useful method of regaining access to an ‘account that already exists’ which it should’ve have in the first place Before any developer comments I suggest visiting goatse.info for information on correctly addressing issues above

Absolute cumbersome signup form. It wouldn’t recognise my old account and when I tried to create a new account it failed on the T&Cs page with “ Server Busy. Please Try Again Later” there is no way the server was that busy. Fail. Deleted. Won’t bother trying to enter any promotions that require this app.

It’s been a year since and now I can’t even log into the app! It tells me my password doesn’t match but when I click to have a link sent to my email, it doesn’t send. It is the same email I signed up with as I still get emails from snackback. I tried to make a new account but they HAVE to have your phone number. I enter it. ‘This is used by another account’. I CAN’T log in as you won’t send me a link to reset my password. This competition needs a web version like I suggested last year. A buggy app isn’t good.

Email addresses not found, but can’t register as my mobile is recognised and asks me to try signing in. After 4 attempted (failed) loops I’m out! You really need to simplify login / registration on your app. Deleted!

Terrible app. Awful and long sign in process. Address fields don’t work. Makes you verify everything. Feels more like data harvesting than a rewards app. Game play is clunky. Don’t bother.

Didn't work for me and annoying I wasted time downloading rather than reading the reviews that clearly indicate a problem with this app.
