I booked 6 seater car and suddenly change my booking to 4 seater car. I have to book grab car and went to destination. It took about 30 minutes, affect all my planning. And I want to return the car, it shows error and I request car collection also cannot. At the end I parked at Socar parking zone, it stills cannot return the car.
Very irresponsible.
The cars are always late and even tho you paying huge amounts they still don’t send you the car on time .
Find another app or rental car
We stuck at cameron highlands but the car suddenly cannot unlock. And the agent late response for almost an hour and advisable to get locksmith to unlock the car which we needed to pay first. The live chat support is very slow response. The live agent rushing to end the call instead of solving the problem.
PLEASE FIND ANOTHER APPS OR RENTAL CAR!!! Not advisable to use this app
Malaysia’s No. 1 Terrible Rental Car App
Hey, I’m fine and don’t give a damn about your car laying around all over the city instead in their designated car park, because I have been trying to contact, email, and even use TREVO, just to find your hotline. I am fine calling the towtruck to take the car that I rented on yesterday to send it back to its parking area.
I don’t care about your policies. I will lodged a police report for this matter if you do not respond within 24hours. In the meantime, I will call a towtruck to send the car back because it’s causing inconvenience and my eyes hurt looking at your stupid car infront of my house.

Worst support service
System error make me can’t get the car I booked on that day. The car also not at the place too. Also failed reply no want answers my live chat how to solve it. But billed me due to extend hour which I had never ever drive the car. No refunding.
Bad system
I am not smoking in the car but socar charge me penalty smoking. I need to pay rm100 with law letter even not smoke. I am not using this apps anymore👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
My booking has been replaced 5 times!
What can make your graduation serks is when you have to get stranded at airport for 2 hours because of SEASON PARKING ISSUE!! I’ve booked the car a month before my booking date? The car has been replaced 4 times already! Worse come to worst when i have to wait 2 hours just for them to replace my booking AGAIN with another car that has lock and unlock issue!!! For the 5th time.. i have to ask for another replacement. istg, dont use this app ever again. It was my mistake for booking too early again for the 3rd time.
Waste of time
I rent a car that available and book for it, when i came to pick it up the smartkey cannot be use and they say it low voltage , the is this you do business and never bother to check the condition of the car waste of time and money
Filtering issue
When i filter a specific type of car, it does not appear on the booking time. When i unfiltered it back, the car that i want appears at the same booking time. please fix it ASAP. I have downloaded the apps 4 times at different day, the outcome is still the same.
