First of all, congratulations for the good work. I’ve been selling and using your products for many years. IMO the performance - price - built quality ratio is outstanding, with no real competition on the market. The app is also great, but I’m truly missing the useful modes switching widget, from a few releases. Is there any possibility to reintroduce it?

App is great!! Is it expected behaviour that you cannot control the headphones trough the app , while using the headphones? I was in a call and tried to switch the mode

Really Ggood app, but please add battery percentage for Soundcore Motion+ and for other devices as well.

Incredible sound

I am not aware of a company, which gives you so much choice with how you use their product! The app is very easy to use, intuitive and packed with lots of options to configure the experience with my earbuds.

片方は、聞こえるのに右は聞こえるのにノイズが入ってるてますけどアップロードすれば治りますか？

ヘッドホンスマホには繋がってるのにアプリだと反応してくれない。何回試しても反応しない。前まで繋がってたのに反応しません。スマホでは何の問題もなく使えてます。アプリ自体がゴミです。

何故か設定したイコライザーが何日か経つと5dB以上の設定にしたとこが全て5dBになるバグ？が起きてる

時計が0:00のまま動かなくなった😨アプリ開いて接続確認した時は、時間が出るのに。。 0：00に表示が戻るなぜ？？？
