I am using the sleep A20 with the app and I find it very useful and good. Especially the equalizer is good since I suffer tinnitus. So I can just pick the right frequency to block the pinch when I sleep. Only one thing is missing and that is the possibility for balancing the sound over left and right. For tinnitus patients very important.

This product and its app have potential but are currently rather buggy/clumsy. Please make the user experience more friendly, clear and straightforward with minimal tapping around back and forth. Also, as others have pointed out, the sounds are mono instead of stereo. Please make this product more high quality.

why are all customized white noises not in stereo? That is a shame, I am looking for a white noise in stereo that I can download into my earphones so that this battery lasts longer than 8 hours.

The latest update has removed the setting for a default mode (Bluetooth or Sleep) on the a20. This ruins the experience for me. Please bring back the setting. Also the voice prompts are now far too loud for a product marketed to assist with sleep.

I installed the update last night and woke up with a start this morning because of the very loud alarm sound. It wasn’t this loud before the update. Where can I change this setting? This is not how I want to wake up in the morning…

If I don't hear it yet when pairing two Soundcore Motion+ Bluetooth speakers, that music is being listened to in stereo. Different elements of a song are assigned to one of the two speakers. This creates a wider, more dynamic soundstage that mimics the experience of listening to a live concert. For example, it might sound like a bass guitar is to your right, violins to your left, and vocals front and center where the lead singer would be. Please provide an update via the app.

I have a space Q45 but the application cannot see it even tho I already tried to reinstall the app, forget the device and connect it again, do it by manually selecting my device. I tried every possible way to do it but it still doesn’t work. I have an IPhone 12 Pro Max Help me please.
