Close but no cigar.
This app is good. But could be better.
I like that I can build my own workouts and adjust how long each exercise and rest period is.
The count in and count downs are helpful too.
But, I find I need to be told more when working out.
If only it told me what the next exercise is so I didn’t need to look at my device it would be so much better.
Please please can you add this feature in.

Good but could be better
It doesn’t have a lot of workout plans. That would get it to 5 stars.
Great app for beginners
Great app really easy to follow and to create your own workouts. These workouts are intense but short and fun, I’m usually sweating buckets by the end and my consistent back pain has gone (probably from being on a computer all day) the exercises also balance your body and can help fix posture issues. The videos also help you to learn correct form and helps you to fix it while watching the excercises on a loop during the workout.
Would be great if you could send workouts to your friends so you can do the workout together on video chat.
Pointless.
This app does not work. It crashes constantly. On the rare occasion it doesn't crash immediately, when you drag an exercise to the program, it doesn't register. Guess what happens after you drag to the program...?
I like the idea of this app and can see the benefits, however for a paid app to not even slightly work, is shocking. If I could give zero stars, rest assured I would.
Good app.
I have only just downloaded this app and have only had a quick look at it, but what I’ve seen is very impressive. Each exercise is well displayed and presented by the trainer. There are lots of exercises to choose from; you are able to pick your activities to make your own workout for your capability. You can also pick the number of sessions and have a timer on each activity. I’m looking forward to starting my suspension workouts using this app.
Can’t create full workout plan
1. Only three preset plans very poor.
2. When you want to exercise with your own plan, EVERY SINGLE TIME you have to set number of sets, reps, time... You should be able to save this settings. IMO this is how it should look like.... add exercise( let’s say biceps), save number sets and reps in each set, rest time between sets and than rest between next exercise (let’s say triceps). And 1 day of your own program created. Right now this is only app that shows you how to do exercises correctly for £5!!! PLEASE FIX THIS

Just bought some straps to fight the lard on my travels, first workout, 20 minutes, am pleased with it and glad I got the app. Strap length is a guess though ?.
So far I'm happy!
Finally an app I can create my own workouts, only thing I’d like is the ability to export my workouts between devices, or other peoples
