Tried to obtain a refund but was denied. Paid $27.99 for the subscription but the app didn’t work and I can’t access any paid contents apart from free contents. I believe it was a technical issue with the app - I can’t believe I cannot obtain a refund.
This app while the idea is great, is not functional. You cannot access the YouTube videos for most of the dances, and even then these are not mirrored making it hard to follow on. The app itself is extremely buggy, and you need to re select each dance as it will open up an old selection every time. Whilst I understand the copywright there are loads of dances without even a YouTube video to Follow at all. Needs a lot of work.
This app gives your curated, quality dance lessons that let you build confidence in new styles. As someone who was completely new to dance I cannot recommend this app more highly
Keeps on lagging, video takes forever to play
Great content, good app overall but for some reason it just won’t mirror to my Apple TV - the only app that has this issue. I can literally mirror my phone on TV and then it shows the class on tv but the actual feature to send to TV from the app doesn’t work.
None of the classes stream properly. Some don’t even load!!! $165 for what!?
I really love this app. I've been using it for only a couple of minutes. But i really wish that more dances were free and don't require premium. Anyway, absolutely love this app
I signed up for a 7 day trial. App didn't stream on my TV. I tried to unsubscribe prior free trial period ending. Thought I had but was still charged and user account still shows as if not having a subscription. Various emails back and forth and never got reimbursed or issue resolve. I just lost money and time!
been using this to learn chore between dance classes and it’s amazing! i just wish there were some pointe classes, too, for the more advanced dancers, as there seem to be a lot more classes dedicated to beginners than intermediate or advanced dancers :)
