Wonderful

Wonderful ballet and many different classes but I just wish they’d get their rights to the music back! As some videos are muted and need to see the dance on YouTube which is not mirrored

There’s no free trial!

I checked the video to see if it plays Apple Air Play. It didn’t! Tried to cancel this cause of the free trial! It charges my account!!!! Fix ur app so it will be able to sync to Apple Air Play!

Great app, but...

This is really an amazing app but it makes you pay for almost all of the classes. I’ve been taking dance for ten years now so I would have liked to take some of the advanced classes but you have to pay for all of those classes. I also would like it if they had tap classes.

Free Trial Wasn’t Free

Tshea88 on

I signed up for the free 7 day trial and was immediately billed for the entire year. The UX design was confusing and misleading. Upon signing up for the trial, it prompted me to the onboarding questionnaire where I filled out my info and fitness goals, then at the final screen it said I would be billed on 7 days unless canceled. So it was a huge surprise when after I signed up I got a notification from PayPal for a $109 charge that I was not expecting, and that’s not a small transaction. This is unacceptable because of how misleading the UX was, and that I was not given any notice or warning if my account was not eligible for the trial. Apple has refused to issue a refund and says it’s not eligible, so I want to warn everyone to beware. Don’t sign up if you aren’t sure you want to subscribe.

It would be good if the audio worked

idkidridc on

It’s cool but on most of the videos there’s no music audio; you’re redirected to a YouTube video, or in some instances there’s not a YouTube video available to reference, so it kinda defeats the purpose with no sound. Not sure if that’s temporary because I just started using it this week, but unless that were fixed unfortunately it’s really not worth it for me. Other than that, I think it’s a cool idea/app and all of the instructors do a really great job of explaining things, there was only one person’s classes I wasn’t crazy about. Aside from the audio issue, the quality is really good otherwise, so I hope that’s something that’s resolved in the future. But if you don’t mind that or need some concepts explained really well, you’d probably like it. I highly recommend the classes by David Slaney, Kayla Brenda, and Kiira Harper.

Songs muted

Songs are muted for copyright issues. Not worth it

As of right now it’s unusable

It doesn’t stay logged in, it keeps asking for me to join, looks at apple- I am a member. It’s too bad the first time I joined the app was amazing.

This app is a total waste of money!

Fifia92 on

I am extremely upset that I wasted my money and paid for a yearly subscription to this app. I wasn’t aware of the fact that almost all of the dance videos that have an interesting in learning has an issue. You can’t hear the music while you’re learning the dance routine. I feel like I got tricked into giving my money to them. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am. I was really interested in learning a lot of the dance routines that the app has since they have a lot of talented choreographers. I feel like it’s pointless for me to pay money to learn a dance routine when you can’t even hear the music for the dance routine it totally defeats the purpose. I want to refund.
