STEEZY - Learn How To Dance

I really love the platform, but almost all of the classes now have the last segment muted due to copyright issues, which makes learning more difficult. Practicing with the song is the most important part of the classes, since it’s when everything comes together. I was a subscriber for the most part of 2021 and and they didn’t have this problem before, so I’m a bit disappointed now that I’ve subscribed again.

Just like what’s written in the title. It takes forever to load Please fix the bug im sure it’s not my Wi-Fis problem

I’m a subscriber but I can not visualize the paid classes. I tried to reach the support, but I couldn’t find where I could explain my situation. Please, can someone solve this problem?

I'm a Brazilian user and I don't speak English, I would really like the videos to have subtitles.

I absolutely love dancing with Steezy. Unfortunately my experience is becoming each time more unpleasent because the app is breaking down. I’ll list a couple of issues that are ruining the experience for the users so that a fix may come for these bugs: 1- everytime I enter the app I have to login again because it logs out of my account (this is terrible because solving this everytime cuts back on my pre planned workout minutes and this is very disappointing) 2- The app takes a very long time to respond to commands to go to an specific part of the dance workout. I have tested this with various wifi connections and in all of them I had this issue 3- there could be the ooption to edit today’s scheduling when adding a class to the day’s schedule. It’s very annoying to have to gp back to the home screen to do this every time we’re adding a class and want to simultaneously remove another class there. As I said, I love the project and I think it’s a shame to see it’s purpose dampened by app bugs. Specially considering this is a paid program, I hate having to go to other workout methods last minute because the Steezy app isn’t cooperating. I hope some of this issues get fixed and I would even recommend giving a try at the experience yourselves so you can identify similar bugs that hinder your success as a company. Thanks for taking the time to readthis and I hope a solution can be found.

I love everything about STEEZY, the only thing that is missing is an Apple TV app. It would be much easier than connecting my computer to a TV. I hope y’all can make this happen.

the ideia of steezy is amazing, and so are the classes but the app doesn’t work properly, it has a lot of bugs and crashes all the time, also you guys NEED to do a version for apple tv, i hate having my phone almost burning after taking a class because i have to mirror it to the tv
