Bin registriert jedoch funktioniert das einloggen nicht ! Das Bestätigungsmail wirf nicht an meine Adresse übermittelt.
M&M Nummer jedesmal manuell einzugeben
M&M Nummer muss man noch immer manuell eingeben beim Checkin, obwohl man mit der Travel ID angemeldet ist und die Nummer dort hinterlegt ist. Gate wird nicht auf der Bordkarte im Wallet angezeigt und Änderungen dort nicht aktualisiert. Kenne einige Vielflieger die genau dieselben Kritikpunkte haben, insofern wundert uns die hohe Bewertung der App im App Store. Andere (Billig-)Airlines machen das Kundenfreundlicher.
Special meal booking ?!
Why was the function to add a special meal to new or existing bookings been removed?

Völlig unverständlich dass beim Checkin jedes Mal manuell die Miles&More Nummer eingegeben werden muß, obwohl diese im Travel ID Profil hinterlegt ist.
Flüge verschwunden
Nach Login sind alle Flüge verschwunden und Download fehlgeschlagen
Seltsam umständlicher Check-In Prozess
Für den Check-In eines Swiss Fluges braucht man die Swiss App, das lässt sich nicht über die LH App erledigen, obwohl Swiss zum selben Konzern gehört. Am Ende wird der Download mit einer umständlicheren Dialogführung beim Check-In Prozess als der LH App belohnt. Echt nervig, als ob irgend jemand für Geschäftsreisen nur eine Fluglinie benutzt. Mit der Schweizer Eigensinnigkeit kann man es auch übertreiben. Bei temporären Netzwerk Verbindungsproblemen erfolgt keine Information, sondern die App bleibt wie bei vielen mobilen Website lediglich stecken.
I am disgusted
I can not believe that a serious airline company, especially on the level of Swiss, has such a bad application. Starting with the servers not working and returning some ununderstandable errors (even for a Computer Science Msc student), and then getting the same error on the mobile app (how can you possibly relate my pc and mobile phone on a reasonable basis), to trying out four different credit and debit cards, and not being able to use a debt MasterCard. I am really speechless. We are living in the 21st century (to make things worse, this is a Swiss app), and you can find thousands of examples of simple and working interfaces for buying one single airplane ticket. Please download the WizzAir application and do yourselves a favor. Furthermore, if you want me to help you with developing a better app, I would be more than pleased to help you.
Keine Wallet Funktion
1.) Die App merkt sich keine Vielfliegernummer. 2.) Es ist wohl möglich ein Ticket in der Wallet zu speichern, aber das Ticket erscheint nicht auf dem Sperrbildschirm. Was wiederum alles Absurdum macht. Also wenn man halbwegs schnell einchecken/ Borden will muss man die Bordkarte wieder ausdrucken.
