It is NOT acceptable for the check-in process to take 30 minutes in the app just to check in for a return flight. I don’t understand why I have to re-enter passport/visa details for myself and my entire family every time I fly, especially when it’s a return flight and these details should have been saved from the outbound flight. Moreover, what’s the point of collecting passport information in the app if I’m required to re-enter it every time I fly? To make matters worse, the app is slow and frequently encounters errors during check-in. After finally entering all the passport details for the entire family, the app often gives an error and fails to save the information, which is extremely frustrating. The app needs significant improvement to ensure a smoother and more user-friendly experience.
Pünktlichkeit lässt grüssen
Eigentlich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Swiss, doch die Pünktlichkeit ist eine Katastrophe 🤔 schade, ansonsten gut.

No consistency
The app is updated when there is no delay. However it does not get any updates when facing delays…
Enjoying booking system
It is nearly impossible to change the duration of a planned trip; the system insist on 14 days and all has to be repeated again. Why change things that worked well in the past?

Leider geht es bei mir nicht flüge zu buche weil es sich beim laden aufhängt! Und auch kontostand und andere sachen anschauen funtioniert nicht weil immer wieder steht mus sich anmelden obwohl ich angemeldet bin. Swiss könnte sich ne scheibe abschneiden von Iberia kan die app nur empfehlen oder Tap!
A rip off
Today, once again, feels like SwissAir is ripping me off. I travel tomorrow with my full family. I paid for selecting the seats in advance, however when I am going to do the online Check in one day before. I found that I got the seats at the end of the plane… and the ones that I originally paid for are available for grabs… why???? It’s not the first time time!
