Exceptional Service & Efficiency!
I experienced this on a flight from Zurich to Dublin. All Swiss staff were so friendly, helpful and well organised, which led to a very pleasant overall experience.
Unable to login
App cannot find my account from miles and more. Swiss.com logins in without issue using my account email and password.
Poor app good Airline
This app is the weakest airline app I have used. Takes several attempts before I can login, often need to put in credit card number several times before it’s accepted and takes numerous attempts before getting boarding pass. Very poor. Please do better because the airline is good.
Terrible app
With the money this airline makes you would think they’d have a functioning app that doesn’t time out every time you click a button. The time out caused money to come out of my bank account, and my flight wasn’t booked. Took two weeks to sort out. Any time I go into the app to manage my booking, it constantly gets stuck on buffering, and so I just end up having to go through their website on a browser instead. Even the Ryanair app functions better than this!

Great app overall Please fix the app quitting unexpectedly when opening Wallet to add boarding passes tho :)
App is adequate
App meets the minimum requirements. One thing to be aware of is that it may put your middle initial into the first name field which will then not find your booking. Competitors just rely on surname and booking reference/eticket number, so hopefully they update this to match their competitors and make it easier to check in.
Cannot check in
I've been stuck in a check-in loop redirect for 20 minutes now. First few times I got super cryptic errors messages with error codes. These are completely unhelpful. Once I realised that I was missing my passport details I started getting a different but equally unhelpful error message. Checking into a plane from my phone should not be this hard. I went to an Internet cafe to check in online only to realise that one of my check in attempts had succeeded and I was checked in but the app didn't have my boarding pass.
