Very Good

Overall a great app. One thing that should be corrected is this - when checking in several passengers, you get only one (leading) boarding pass. For all the others you must go through a long process, which is also not very intuitive and clear and you’re sent a link to download it. Everything should be in the app, and much easier. Other than that, it has all the options you need and a good interface.

A company with the worst service

The bad service which I ever got. Not recommended!!!

Could not get to the online checkin

Worse app and worse company

App is not working for online checkin Had to go to actual web from a PC to do it. Swiss unfortunately became a low-cost behaving flight company. Customer satisfaction is not their target anymore.

Almost there, some improvements will help

The app is easy to add a flight and to get the mobile boarding pass. But it doesn't update the terminal/gate at all. Would be good to have an icon to go to the boarding pass directly from the home screen and not from the hidden menu.
