Long story in short: - Incredibly stupid system of requiring a minimum of £10 per transaction - One ticket per device forces everyone in the group to download the app - No contactless payment on bus. Only cash without changes. Come on it’s 2018 - Single ticket is only valid for 5 minutes - transfer is impossible - We were on bus 16 which should go to our destination but it stopped early just 2 stations after so we were forced to change to another bus and buy another single for everyone - Why do the buses and trams have different ticketing systems???

App is great for having tickets available easily, however app is very slow. Takes a long time to load and it’s like it freezes. Hopefully it is updated soon

Only one person can use one ticket: meaning you cannot tap in others people from your phone. So other people have to download and create an account to be able to receive tickets. Why can’t I buy two tickets and tap in for my friend ? This is ridiculous. Also tried sharing my tickets but it didn’t work and I couldn’t get my tickets back so I got scammed 15£.

I’ve lost count of the number of times the app has frozen so I can’t access my ticket which means I’ve had to pay to get on. Very frustrating!

used to work really well but now its stuck on confirm order screen every time i open the app. i cant order any tickets. please fix this issue

The app crashes constantly preventing you from using your m-tickets

Several times unable to activate precooked tickets. Was told to delete and reload the app which defeats the purpose of booking ahead

Bu uygulama sayesinde cep telefonunuzdan bilet satın alıp 180 gün boyunca saklayıp ihtiyacınız oldukça araca bineceğiniz durakta bulunan QR kodu telefonunuza okutarak biletinizi aktif hale getirebilirsiniz. Aktif hale gelen biletin 30 dakika içerisinde kullanılması gerekiyor, aksi halde biletiniz pasifleşiyor. Ben bu uygulamayı havalimanına tramvay ile gidip dönmek için indirmiştim. Çok işime yaradı. Rahat ettim. Kullanmanızı tavsiye ediyorum.

This app would be good if it actually worked. I’ve bought day tickets and had to then spend more money buying a ticket for the bus because the app wouldn’t open my ticket and I couldn’t wait for the next bus. Don’t bother with this app you’re better off just buying your ticket on the bus.

Bought the tickets using the app in January but unable to verify for tram. Had to buy on tram and now they will probably expire. Will not be using again
