The app looks okay and is easy to navigate. However, I had a terrible experience today that I’d like to share. This app is terrible if you’re a tourist: First of all, you need to spend a minimum of 10£... We only needed two tickets at a total of 3,40£. I can understand that’s not a problem if you live in Edinburgh and will make more trips in the near future, but tourists usually don’t. Also, you can only have one ticket activated per device, which we only discovered when trying to get on a bus. The driver said one of us could go on the bus, other one had to step of. Furthermore, the tickets are only active for 3 minutes(?), which means the next bus didn’t have time to arrive and our ticket was wasted. There is an option to share tickets between devices however, but it’s a lot of trouble to install the app to several devices and create several accounts just to make a single bus ride. I hope you’ll address these issues, to make it easier for new users and tourists. Thanks.
