Good app, needs to fix a small bug though
When I look at my live journey, it always shows that I am one stop behind. It could be a quick fix. Otherwise it’s a great app to plan your trips in Edinburgh.

Geweldig systeem. Vooraf alles regelen. Bedenk wel. Elke persoon moet eigen telefoon hebben en eigen kaartje. We hadden de pech, dat alle kaartjes op mijn telefoon en die van mijn vrouw een keer spontaan verdwenen waren. Een gang naar een van de kantoren in het centrum en je krijgt ze terug. Alleen om er te komen moet je wel weer een kaartje kopen. Handige tip. Koop ze per dag. Dan kunnen ze niet snel verdwijnen. Verder makkelijk. Ook de app met routekaart werkt geweldig. Je ziet hoe laat de bus komt en welke. Je kan ook zien waar je moet uitstappen. Kortom. Prima buslijnen. Je komt er overal mee. Dagkaarten zijn heel handig.
Ticket disappeared from app after expiration
This app is buggy. My friend's ticket disappeared from the app after expiring. He almost got fined for not being able to show his ticket upon exiting the tram. Wouldn't trust this app again. Buying a paper ticket next time.
Very useful
This makes traveling easy. I suggest to lower the minimum that one can buy to the price of a family ticket, rather than £10
Slow
App is great for having tickets available easily, however app is very slow. Takes a long time to load and it’s like it freezes. Hopefully it is updated soon
Weird ticket system
Only one person can use one ticket: meaning you cannot tap in others people from your phone. So other people have to download and create an account to be able to receive tickets. Why can’t I buy two tickets and tap in for my friend ? This is ridiculous. Also tried sharing my tickets but it didn’t work and I couldn’t get my tickets back so I got scammed 15£.
Keeps glitching
I’ve lost count of the number of times the app has frozen so I can’t access my ticket which means I’ve had to pay to get on. Very frustrating!
App broken.
used to work really well but now its stuck on confirm order screen every time i open the app. i cant order any tickets. please fix this issue
App continually crashes
The app crashes constantly preventing you from using your m-tickets
Rubbish
Several times unable to activate precooked tickets. Was told to delete and reload the app which defeats the purpose of booking ahead
