J’ai payé pour deux allers-retours. Je n’ai jamais reçu les tickets.

Very angry, impossible website !

At first, a big big world to create my account. And after, a minimum amont to pay = 3 tickets. And if you take tickets, you cannot use your purchase for the members of your family. Everybody must have his account = everybody must have a smartphone = everybody must buy 3 tickets at least, even if it isn’t the need !!!!! Completely illogical !!!! I bought 4 tickets for my husband and I and cannot used them. And he had to bought 3 tickets too = 3 tickets thrown !!!!

Watch out for the fine!

I downloaded the app and filled it with tickets. First time user, I considered myself organised when I arrived just as the tram did, and hopped on…… only to discover my tickets useless because unlike the bus, you have to scan a QR code outside. No idea why it’s different if both tickets have a time stamp. Very annoyed at the £10 fine.

Can't create account : "invalid email address"

I have a valid email address but it still refuses it, just because it's not letters and numbers... RFCs exist for a reason...

App says it has moved

I was directed to this app from the Lothian buses App. Downloaded it then when I open it and go to the tickets tab I get a message to say M Tickets has moved with a link to download yet another App. Given up, hopefully they take cash or cards on the buses. Bizarre 3 Apps to buy a bus ticket!!

Unpredictable

Pseudochie on

This app is far too unpredictable. Countless times, I’ve looked silly in front of the bus driver because a ticket I already activated won’t open. Even with mobile data on!

Awful.

Try optimising your app so it doesn’t crash upon opening constantly & when I try to click on one of the tickets I’ve purchased. Multiple times this has happened & I have un used tickets held hostage because you can’t make a competent TICKET app. Jesus Christ.

App not working

Never works…

ahahhrjrhdiicjwhdbhd on

Even when you open the app minutes in advance of your bus arriving it rarely is functioning with ticket ready to go by the time you need to activate it. Don’t know what happens but it just freezes when it opens. Doesn’t even show the twirling circle icon in action as reassurance that something is happening. Completely unreliable.
