I’ve been trying the whole evening to buy the tickets but something was happening with the debit card step that I never got to buy the tickets.
Beware if you buy for others
Tickets must be shared via the app (one ticket per device). So, if your companion’s phone’s dead or with no Internet connection to download the app while the “nicest” driver threatens to leave, you’d have to pay for an extra ticket (credit card or cash). Anyone wants an Airlink 100 ticket? Let me know, I have a spare one! Thanks for nothing M-Ticket App!

Great
It is a great app, the only problem is it only allows online buys over £10 and one day tickets are less than that.
Slow
App is great for having tickets available easily, however app is very slow. Takes a long time to load and it’s like it freezes. Hopefully it is updated soon
Weird ticket system
Only one person can use one ticket: meaning you cannot tap in others people from your phone. So other people have to download and create an account to be able to receive tickets. Why can’t I buy two tickets and tap in for my friend ? This is ridiculous. Also tried sharing my tickets but it didn’t work and I couldn’t get my tickets back so I got scammed 15£.
Keeps glitching
I’ve lost count of the number of times the app has frozen so I can’t access my ticket which means I’ve had to pay to get on. Very frustrating!
App broken.
used to work really well but now its stuck on confirm order screen every time i open the app. i cant order any tickets. please fix this issue
App continually crashes
