Inconsistent

The amount of inconsistencies between the actual menu and what’s available on the app is horrendous, almost half the menu isnt even available.

Useless App

Unable to use promo code as advertised. Tried in person redemption but staffs couldnt work it out either. If the promotion has already expired why bother leaving them on the app page? Would you consider this false advertising?

Clunky and dysfunctional

Seriously don’t bother. Takes forever to sign up, then you take ages to place your order but you can’t pay until you get a text verification code which just never arrives! I literally showed the waitress my app order for her to take manually. Like a high school student designed it

Menu incomplete

The take away TGI app is useless as the menu is different from the dine in menu. Doesn’t include the full choice of burgers compared to dinning in. Had to drive to the restaurant to order a takeaway.

App cost me $22

Kids eat free right? We ordered 4 adult meals and 2 kids meals on the app at the restaurant. We're not advised to use a promo code by staff. Once paid I saw we'd been charged for kids meals. Staff said they couldn't do anything and I couldn't cancel the meal via the app. Had to pay. Never going again!

Bit clunky

Offers should be linked direct to menu ordering on app. Also no Budd on the app! Also cannot use app when sitting bar area (no numbers) Hopefully gets fixed on future updates. Good idea though.

App vs Staff

The time taken to order on the app, or the online equivalent, is not worth the effort. Just order through table service, much faster!

Save your time and order manually

Idea is great for ordering on table with rewards. It took over an hour to sort out our order in big group and rewards as its a seperate experience. Once redeem, dont lose the barcode as it will go missing. Poorly done app. And customer service was poor and also the ribs was poor. Wont recommend. Such a shame knowing tgi was so iconic and has been around for a while. Need to get better management, training and app development.

Email trap

Poorly designed app. Entire purpose seems to just be to get your email address. Don’t download this app.

Bad design

Tried to redeem birthday reward and went back to previous page and reward disappeared without redeeming.
