Worst airline booking process
I’ve travelled to over 40 countries with dozens of airlines and this is easily the airline worst/app website booking process I’ve ever come across. The website constantly crashes, airport names can’t be found, prices change on a whim and there are lots of dark UX patterns to get you to pay more than you need to. It’s a disgrace to user experience and customer service. I urge you to book with another airline if possible.
