Overpriced.

Great info

Great content but we need more control over the storage. How can it be 10gb and not give me the option to remove old editions???

Treasure

Treasured and loved for most of my adult life. I still subscribe to the print edition and very much appreciate what the app also adds. The daily digest is a great summary and always interesting articles popping up. Cameron, Amsterdam

Terrible buggy slow app

As much as I find the content good and informative I have to be honest on how and is the app. It’s taking up to 1 min to open and so buggy and slow to play the Audio. If I want to switch to another article I know it’s gonna pain so I just gave up and let it go in order. Based on last year report economist group closed the year with 376 million in revenue. It really doesn’t take much of the revenue to fit this app. For love of god if u don’t know how to do it please reach out to me I am working in tech and I can make a much improved user experience in fractional of the cost. It’s been this bad for years now plz fix it

Worth the money

Great in depth coverage. Good interface. I’ve been an avid reader for many years

Slow app

The app interacts really slow on iPad. The iPhone version is quick and speedy.

Dark patterns in customer service

It is easy to subscribe but very hard to unsubscribe. Not only is the dedicated customer service portal half broken and hidden away, once you get in contact with them (you are not allowed to just cancel by clicking a button) they will waste your time asking questions and trying to dissuade you.

Quick bug save is needed

After this upgrade the app keep crashing during background audio playback.

Not great

I always used the Apple podcast app to listen to the economist podcast, but now I’m suddenly getting adds shoved down my throat. I’m a paying subscriber and don’t want this. So in order to listen to add free podcast I’m forced to use this app, which is not great. How do I disable auto play next episode in this app?

Good & clean, but slow

Great app, work well and is quite nice to read. However, it can be quite slow and laggy.
