Let me play my music whilst reading the economist
Spotify and podcast immediately pause when opening the economist app. Is this intentional? Please don’t be. I enjoy listening to songs whilst reading my daily news. What’s wrong with that?

The app often need to reload when you switch between apps, you will go back to the front page, and waste a lot of time find your way back to your unfinished article.
can't select text and search
please disable copy whole section function. I want to select some words and do searching.
China
Totally biased on anything about China. I skip all your articles written on China. A waste of time to read.
Slow and audio doesn’t work
App breaks easily and audio most of the time does not work at all

what happened to the app? i couldn’t open my subscription at all!!!! the link to restore my subscription didn’t work properly, is it possible to have the old app back? so disappointed

Build queue mode is missing
It was there a few days ago when I just updated to iOS16, but now it is missing again?
I have a subscription already why won’t you let me log in
I already have a subscription and just switched to iPhone but it keeps telling me to buy a subscription even though my log in works. I’ve given up and am just going to stick to reading articles on my Safari browser instead.
