so disappointed by this update
I would not give even the one star if that was possible - in my view, this update took this fantastic application and leading luxury e-commerce down from the top. I am still hoping that the Outnet will fix this update , but after weeks, I see not much being fixed so far. And I regret to say but there is nothing substantially newer nor better than the last update. On the contrary - several actions which made the browsing easy and tailored are disabled or disappeared - f ex when browsing ‘just in’ items, one can not anymore click on the designer’ name in order to see all his/her items available on the outnet as before, the new indication of sizing is confusing ( EU, US, IT,...sizing mixed together). There is no more info about what sizing it is(US, IT,UK, etc), the super useful precise measurements of an item are gone, the info about the size worn by the pictured model is gone. Moreover, if you had an account already the migration of data is disappointing : much of your data might be lost ( preferred designers, orders, wish lists) - be ready to start from the scratch...

No refund after almost a month
After I sent back a few items of my order I was supposed to get a refund 3-4 weeks ago but I still did not receive anything. It's a total amount of more than 1200USD. As long as I was ordering or had questions about my order, the customer care team replied within 24-48hrs. Now I sent several emails already the past week but no reply yet. Not one. I did not expect this kind of treatment as I was convinced this was a trustful company with a decent client service. It's my first order with The Outnet but unfortunately my last. I hope to see my money back but it looks like that's not sure to happen or that it might take a long time.
