My OUTNET app doesn’t open

Used to enjoy shopping on this app. With the updated version I can’t even open the app or access the website by safari from HK - what a shame ! Will look for a new retailer …

I need to type my name and delivery everytime when I make the purchase which is super inconvenient

Bug

Cannot save picture of products; app has bugs, when add address it says error please try again later, tried again twice, same error message, the. Figure it actually added your address twice.

Just very nice

Bargain prices, constant new ins, good delivery services, much better than Shopbop. Never purchasing from Shopbop ever again. Also reducing waste as otherwise items in regular prices stores just go to the landfill. We should really make less clothes.

Poor shopping experience

I tried to pay several times this morning but your system didn’t work. Finally the brand Joseph’s skirt I put in my cart was sold to someone else and removed from my cart!

Refund not receive

Customer service no response to emails and calls. The refund is outstanding for 4 months
