You can’t even access your previous order details or do anything related to your account on this crappy app. When you click on “My Account”, you just get an error message “SORRY - That page has not been found or no longer exists“ FIX THIS PLEASE !!

Believe others have the same experience- payments consistently rejected and purchases cancelled without notice. Non-existent customer service, poor responses, highly restrictive, unhelpful staff. Even where my purchases are cancelled unilaterally by them, they refused to reinstate the promo code, so for new attempts for the re-purchase, it’s without promo code. So why wld anyone still buy from them? In short, unreasonable, unhelpful and painful: Buy from OUTNET at your own risk.

Free shipping not applied?

I have never had much issues with THE OUTNET apart from occasional items issues that if resolved reasonably / emphatically, could have contributed to even better shopping experience. Hence, if I have any issues with my order, will just return since customer service tends to be nonchalant and unhelpful. The promo stated it’s valid for OUTNET International Site. Not least, I was availed this free shipping offer for all my previous orders and had no issues with free shipping including my earlier purchases in May and early June 2023 (all waived). I disputed the shipping fee and requested for waiver. I even included newsletter that reflect THE OUTNET International Site free shipping campaign. The customer service personnel refused to honor the campaign offer. I am furious and floored by this. I’ve been a regular customer that’s even invited to be their VIP FrontRow list. $25 is not a lot for me but it’s the principle of being cheated by campaign / offer they fail to honor. With many other shopping sites like MyTheresa, FarFetch, etc. that have equally great quality curation and prices, I will not be returning to THE OUTNET. And will spread words that THE OUTNET is not honorable and should take their shopping to other sites that offer equal if not better shopping options. And definitely much more superior customer service and centric experience.

Where did my history of my orders etc go? Why is the app become so painful all of a sudden?

New stock often, easy transaction, beautiful and original garments and its a great deal, best in online shopping. Delivery fast, packaging great, return is very easy. I am big fan!

1) Improve on speed and responsiveness of app. Scrolling through designers list is excruciatingly slow. 2) Increase the amount of items we could add to wish list. 3) Have more detailed descriptions of merchandise. Since OUTNET is the outlet of Net-a-Porter, there should be a way to port over merchandise information easily.
