New stock often, easy transaction, beautiful and original garments and its a great deal, best in online shopping. Delivery fast, packaging great, return is very easy. I am big fan!

App is extremely slow

1) Improve on speed and responsiveness of app. Scrolling through designers list is excruciatingly slow. 2) Increase the amount of items we could add to wish list. 3) Have more detailed descriptions of merchandise. Since OUTNET is the outlet of Net-a-Porter, there should be a way to port over merchandise information easily.

Delivery delay

I placed my order a week ago and still waiting for it to even be dispatched. At this rate by the time by order arrives I will Have missed the event. Feeling very upset that I don’t have an outfit for my party

My order n returns

I’ve been put in a position where I’ve received my order n I paid for the next day delivery . However, on the system, it shows my order is still processing n this is like 3-4 days already! I’ve written to OUTNET n yr care consultant said she’s looking into it. My situation is....I’m travelling tomorrow min Apr 24 and won’t be around for a while n so i ordered a next day delivery so if there are returns, I can do it ASAP....now, I’m left with my returns!! Pls help! This is not the service I expected from outnet. I’ve shopped with bet a porter and it’s been fantastic!!!

User-friendly

App is more user-friendly than the website! But I have problems logging in.
