Sadly Mexican customs are not that effective and although when you tap around in the app you find in the small letters a warning that the package is not being sent with import duties and other costs paid, but who really reads these?
A fair warning that duties and delivery depended on me giving instructions to customs (after chasing them around for several days) when completing the purchase would have help me be more alert and avoided waiting for a package that was a week and a half late. They would have returned it if I hadn’t chased them around.
It would REALLY upgrade the app if all import charges where considered and made when buying your items, instead of having to guess around. Other than that, great discounts.
Incompetent client service
It’s being 3 months after sending back my purchase and still can’t get my refund.
The client service is being so helpless. And looks like I threw away more than 200€.
Definitively the last time I am buying something in this website.

Great service
Great service but your shipment fee is too expensive. You went from 17 euros to 24. Net-a-Porter is 10 euros!

Their website says “Enjoy 15%off download the app and use the code APP15, T& Cs apply”. So I downloaded the app and placed the order. But the code doesn’t work. Called the customer service and was told that this 15%off deal doesn’t apply to each and every order. This is misleading. My wife loves the product so I placed the order anyway.
First time ordering from The OUTNET very happy!
I’m very happy with OUTNET , I ordered a couple pieces Maison margiela men’s coat fit perfect! and a Paul Smith shirt.
I found the site easy to naviagate and order.
I called a couple times to follow up with my order, always helpful and answered my questions about shipping as I paid extra to have it sent in 2 -3 days.
It was mailed by UPS with signature that was fine.
Very happy with my things, and look forward to shopping in the future.
