Made my very first order during Black Friday Sale. Usual delivery takes 3-6 working days, but I’ve got my order after 12 days. Customer service was available and easy to reach. Apparently my items stuck at UAE customs. Packing was very nice. Some cloth which didn’t fit me easily was returned by currier for free. And I’ve got my money refund at the end of the week. Also call center was very helpful. Thank you. Very satisfied!

This app is always crashing and shutting down whenever I try to scroll!! down so how can I buy things? I tried to re install the app but it still crashes the problem is with the app it can’t handle when I try to scroll down high amounts of items Update the app and fix the issue
The app keeps closing itself after 1 minute.

Hello. I have been with you for more than one day. Delivery is very fast, the choice of goods is excellent. But you have a big minus that it is very difficult to make an exchange (almost impossible) and it takes a very long time to return the money, in my case it already lasts three months. Service customer service and support is disgusting, zero feedback. Sincerely, Elena.
For an online site they are not contactable easily. My refund for nearly USD1000 is pending with them for 16 days after refund approval . Now even after several email follow ups as well as on social media I have not received an update. The phone numbers are not contactable neither in the region nor in UK Order at your own risk !
I always find treasures like designer items sold out in stores on the site as well classic investment pieces- sign up for notifications to take advantage of the the extra discounts
