I booked a return request 3 weeks ago, and it still says on the APP return requested, no follow up from the team, no pick up done and when I email to check on the status of pick up, they still want me to send a collection form and Go the extra mile to return something that is part Of their app. To confirm address, poor customer service, poor English and absolutely no sense of business. I will never use it again
