Boost Volume & Sound Amplifier

Description

Train with Haya allows clients to access fitness programs, record workout progress, and track their fitness journey.
From the home page, view the messages from your fitness coach, view your daily fitness statistics, and see your daily nutrition overview. On this page, we also work with the Apple Health App to keep track of your steps and calories burned.
From there, slide over one tab to the fitness calendar that will act as your daily workout planner. When your coach assigns you a fitness plan, asks you to weigh yourself, track your daily nutrition macros, or requests a progress photo - you’ll find that to-do list right here. Clicking on the workout for the day will take you right to the first exercise of your fitness program.
Finally, you’ll spend most of your time in the Train tab. Here, you’ll have a full breakdown of your program week over week. See what days you need to train, the overview of exercises for that day, and then click into the plan to get started.
Once you’re in a plan, you can simply swipe left through exercises to move throughout the program. At the bottom of each screen you'll see a workout timer and the ability to record sets, reps, weight, and time. Each exercise comes with a photo & video so you’re never left in the dark when it comes to form on specific exercises. Recording your fitness programs in the program will help let your trainer know exactly how hard you’re working to achieve your fitness goals.
Have a great day!

The Telegraph Reviews

Telegraph

Mandolinlplate on

Luxembourg

Good while it is working but I would advise against immediately following a new release. The last three upgrades have either frozen or caused problems. On two separate upgrades I have had to delete the app from my iPad and reload fresh from the iTunes Store before it would work. As new versions release it appears more advertisements are included. Many of these whole page interstitial adverts try to take a long time to load.

The ONLY paper to read

WhatIsItYouDesire on

United Kingdom

The Telegraph is the only paper I trust. It has incredibly high journalistic standards. Just hope it remains in British hands.

Articles

VeryGrumpyReader on

United Kingdom

Standard of articles variable, repetitive with typos. Too much ‘populist’ subjects.

Where is dark mode

Mcl_81 on

United Kingdom

It is almost 2025. Come on where is dark mode.

Comments are difficult to read and follow

Johnnymag19 on

United Kingdom

New comments jump in above the one you are reading and push it out of frame - when inputs are busy this makes any conversation almost impossible to follow.

DT app sets me up for the day.

LMMIT on

United Kingdom

I have been reading the DT for over 40 years, and have had a subscription for nearly as long. Then the advent of the digital version, brilliant because two of us could read the paper at the same time! Then one day I realised I had two weeks of the paper version that had never been opened, so I cancelled, and now just have the digital version. I mostly read it before I get up in the morning, and do the crossword (the little one!), it sets me up for the day.

Ok

Shed_135 on

United Kingdom

Doesn’t update as often as I would like. Not sure it’s a balanced reflection of the days news.

Ramblings of a Floating Voter

Halesowen on

United Kingdom

My wife and I are not traditional Tory voters, so don’t always appreciate the customary stance the Telegraph takes. However, we love the format of the app where it gives you the news in an easily digestible way, and you can scroll down to what interests you. I also like the top links at the top to different subjects. Also, compared with other ‘high brow’ newspapers the Telegraph is excellent value for money.

Excellent

A good read

orwell 1 on

United Kingdom

This is the best way to read the news. Would not go back to paper. You could loose a few pages. The pages showing what is coming up are not necessarily. On Saturday the Gallery pictures are repeats or the week. Why not fresh ones?
