TIDAL Music: HiFi Sound

When i stream, it doesnt show on lock screen on my Iphone 16 pro. When I shut down the application it continues streaming but when i open it again it’s stuck on the old song and is very hard to connect again. Quality is very good. Thank you. Also home screen of the app is very simple, recently played albums are not shown, they dont refresh. I need to search again to find the album instead of having it on my home screen.

It's the best app for audio quality, but the people responsible for interface and the search engine must never code again.

The app would remain stuck and not download queued files. Quite frustrating as it's always been advertised as a premium service. Latest iPhone, latest version of the app and always stuck when I need tracks downloaded for a trip. Search is also non-existing via Siri. It is impossible to use the app in CarPlay. Generally UI and UX are substandard. Also, very alarmingly, TIDAL have not declared themselves as a trader here under EU law which means that consumer law doesn't apply. I wonder where's the money we are paying every month going if they are not a trader.

Tidal was my favourite, however the “download” option is more is about as responsive as a Balkan at a government job. Fix it. Subscription cancelled.

Please update an Apple TV app. We need more music orientated UI, not on video.

I have been using your app for a while and the overall experience has been good for most of the time, but since the latest update of the app i keep getting overheating issues on my iphone 15 pro. It makes no sense why is this happening when before everything was working normally.. but please address this issue and thank you for your hard work on improving the app.

I use app everyday on my devices but on my TV the app is not updated since 2020 and the experience is terrible. It is so sad

I am extremely disappointed with the recent decision to add an extra layer of payment for the DJ Extension. This is unethical on so many levels. Your app already struggles with performance issues—it is significantly slower than Spotify, and the algorithm is subpar. Many of us only use Tidal for the DJ part, which now feels like an opportunistic move to squeeze more money out of your users. This approach is both greedy and unethical. I urge you to reconsider this decision and address the existing issues with your app instead of adding unnecessary financial burdens on your loyal users.

I don’t like tidal anymore cause I have to make more than one account so I can listen to music. Because two people can’t listen to music from one account! Soon I will be canceling my subscription.
