First of all in this day and age why do I need to initial a ticket purchase in a website that then opens the app to then purchase the tickets to be delivered in an emailed PDF. Have you heard of Apple wallet? Secondly no refunds for wrongly purchase tickets an outstanding scam. Good for you! I’ll be requesting a refund through my credit card company. Which will then cost you more money to argue. You will probably win but at least I will make you pay some of the profits that should have been rightfully refunded to me.

You sold tickets for a dome climb and entrance to the cathedral. The cathedral is closed at this time. There was nobody to meet us at 4:15 despite the website stating that we would lose our spot if we did not show. Will never ever use this app again.

We just loved the tours on the Red and Blue lines. What a great tour at a great value.

They have one answer for everything. No They do spell it out clearly in their FAQs. There is no customer service. No help of anykind. No changes, refunds nothing. I paid premium for tickets and got screwed. No help from Tiqets. I will only buy direct from venue from now on. Lesson learned.

I live about 5 minutes away from an amusement park that has a weekday price of 30 bucks for an entry ticket, and this app wants you to pay 38 dollars for the same ticket. But that’s not bad enough for me to waste my time on a review. What is however, is the fact that they have it originally priced at 49.17 but they’re giving you a “discount” of 22% off and that makes the price 38 and some change. Don’t use this app, their business model is shady and dishonest

Don’t think you can save the time if purchase in app , after we have to keep going the window line same as live purchases . Luckily you just awaiting minutes maybe hour 👎👎

I paid €53 on app for two tickets to an event; got to ticket booth at venue to discover ticket price of €13 per ticket. Not worth it
