Not able to login and giving error that i’m connected to vpn while i’m not connected to any vpn

I have witnessed the below situation with my colleague. And i wanted to share his below review, as my daughter has suffered from the below terrible experience Rating: 0/5 stars I recently had the unfortunate experience of using the Talabat food delivery app, and I must say it has been the worst food application I have ever used. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly shocking and disheartening. Firstly, I had placed an order for my young children more than two hours ago and, to my dismay, the food has still not arrived. The situation became even more frustrating when I would receive calls from Talabat agents assuring me that the delivery was on its way, only to discover that they were outright lying. This inconsistency and poor communication is simply unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the compensation offered by Talabat was insulting. After such a long and frustrating wait, they had the audacity to offer me a mere 1 JD voucher. This shows a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction and a blatant disregard for the inconvenience caused. Clearly, they do not understand the value of their customers' time or the importance of their health. Considering the appalling service and lack of professionalism displayed by Talabat, I have made the decision to delete the application and will never use it again in my life. Furthermore, I will actively discourage my family, friends, and community from using Talabat based on this terrible experience. In conclusion, Talabat has proven to be an unreliable and unprofessional food delivery app that is clearly unconcerned about customer satisfaction. Their repeated lies, long wait times, and inadequate compensation demonstrate a disregard for their customers' time and well-being. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this app and seek alternative food delivery options.

Problems started on beginning. “Free” subscription costs 4 EAD. When I have tried to find support it’s only dedicated problem solving info. I have bad feelings about it.

App is slow and often crashes… I stop using it and went for careem food cuz the app is running fast and has same deals like talabat.

Whenever there is non-standard problem with the order, be sure nobody will help you. They have simple chat limited options to help. Lack of real support and limited contact options make it much worse comparing to competitors in UAE. If you must use it, DON'T use credit card, pay only cash and check every order before pickup. And in response to reply for my opinion received here from Talabat: the standard answer, same like given to others, without even trying to answer to my statement, shows only the example how useless their support is.

I have ordered 15 pieces of a certain product, I have received 6. I asked for a refund from Talabat and surprisingly they sent me a refund as if I received 7,5 pieces instead of 6! “ so they fooled me with the price of that 1,5 piece” I for sure should get 100% back. They either hire people with very low maths skills or they fool people like that. “And of course they did not cover the tax that I have already paid for the 15 pieces”

Blocked me why? I just made an order for first time, app just blocked me!!
