Probably the worst delivery app in the Middle East, use Careem or Noon. The customer support is ridiculous and not helpful at all

Can be a very frustrating experience at times. I tend to order from the same restaurant quite often that is close by, and randomly it just picks a branch that is on the other side of the city rather than the one next to me. This happens quite often. It’s extremely frustrating. Sometime there’s restaurants really far away that shouldn’t even be shown because as by the time the food gets to you it’s cold. This could be solved by the search results favouring closer branches when sorting the results

bad place half the time my food doesn’t even come or it’s frozen and the drivers have stolen food and took extra money from me without asking i never get a refund i DONT recommend this delivery app not worth it just stupid

Talabatmart has not refunded my missing items (many times) although i have reached out via email and their own website. This is theft! Shame on you!

I love talabat so much, it is much better than the other apps that deliver.

I am truly dissatisfied with this service. Bare in mind they do not care about customers. Good luck getting your food if you order from here

طلبت من برجر كنغ طلبيه وارسلولي طلبيه ناقصه وطلبيه غلط وتواصلت مع طلبات ولكنهم ماحلو المشكله لي ابدا. بصراحه ماعندهم اي مصداقيه ونصيحتي الدفع عند الاستلام ولا تستلم طلبك الا لو شيكت الاوردر

There has always been “technical difficulties” whenever dealing with issues with my order and does not ever submit an error. Cannot call any line as there is no contact number and a although they claim you can contact through live chat there is no option for it on the app so no way to contact anyone about any issues. The individual stores themselves also say they cannot do anything if anything incorrect is sent and have to go through talabat but again no form of report or communication through the app so endless cycle. Such a shame I never review on apps but felt I had to come and write this as it has terrible issues that need to be fixed.

I ordered some fresh fruit and veg but I was sent spoiled food that was clearly old. What is the point of a help centre email if they are no help and direct me to the app? I tried several times to request help on the app but there are no live chat agents. Also I tried to request refund on talabat but it wouldn’t allow me to submit the request. After a few hours I tried again and then it said it was too late to report an issue!! Worst experience and customer service ever!
