I put my location and every detail. Drivers can’t speak English, they don’t know how to use phone. Even worse their help service also terrible. I asked for my rights and all they say is thank you for your comment. They’re not even listening you. The company don’t care about us!

if u order food multiple times from same restaurant and you get all the time same portion shawarma and one time u get 2 times smaller shawarma than usual, in real world its called scam. you pay same money from same restaueant but much much less food on the table. what talabat did? 15 aed voucher for 50 aed meal 😂😂😂😂 biggest scam on the planet

Impossible to reach out to support, orders get delayed all the time.

Most of the time, the delivery time is shorter than actual. Even when it the restaurant is late for delivery, the time still shows the same.

The order was cancelled but the app didn’t show that it was and kept showing that the order is arriving in 5 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting I called the delivery driver and he told me that all orders were cancelled due to the rain and I was confused on why the app did not show that the order was cancelled. Also no customer support to contact…

One restaurant shows as %40 off on the whole menu but when you pay, its full price… Talabat also not solving the problem at all

I strongly recommend you to use other apps and DO NOT USE TALABAT. They sent me food with hair in it and they only refunded half of the money back. Their help center is useless they just keep sending you the same message which says ‘your case is resolved’. They are not even employing any intelligent person who speaks English to take care of your request.

After the new update, app still crash for no reason!

How come they can ruin most of your food order joy. They are not only bad at delivering food but also insisting on it. Use deliveroo. This is not a partnership this is an experienced customer

Waited an hour for delivery. Took 20 minutes to connect an agent. He told me my food is on the way. Kfc canceled the order after total of 1.5 hours for technical difficulties. I will get my money back in 10-15 days. Nice work
