Worst Customer Care
Used this app a few times. Generally I am checking the rating of each shop before placing any order. The last order was really a joke. Ordered sushi from one of the restaurant and all items were completely spoiled, from the fish (completely uneatable) to the rice, and the order went directly to the garbage. This makes me think about the genuineness of the customer reviews on the app. After complaining, I got 15 AED compensation against an order of 230 AED. Tried to contact Talabat many times but all what I got is the same reply, with no clear indication on the way forward. Worst customer service with no help at all!
Customer cheating
Dishonest Talabat, I was provided with discount vouchers for an order in excess of 6 dinars. 3 dinars are deducted. When I want to use the coupon, they inform me that the coupon cannot be used, and this is cheating.

Great App !!!
I just discovered this Food Delivery App and I am very enthusiastic about it ! It offers a huge selections of different type of cuisine, all the restaurants I’ve tried so far were pretty good and the service as well. I totally recommend this app !
I got more problems than food from this app!
It’s not unusual to have problems with the orders, I got orders incredibly late for no reason or completely a different order because the delivery guy couldn’t care to check before picking something up. Then, my account got blocked out of nowhere for no reason. I tried to reach out but I got absolutely no explanation or help whatsoever. Of course I deleted my account! I don’t think I’ll ever give Talabat another chance, I’ve had enough:)

It would be great if an alert of when a restaurant is open again would let you know so you can confirm your order .

They get money… but don’t deliver anything… Never use this app…
Too many YouTube ads
Impossible to watch YouTube: completely riddled with stupid Talabat ads, even though I already have the app. Will only be using Deliveroo.
