talabat: Food, grocery & more

It’s not unusual to have problems with the orders, I got orders incredibly late for no reason or completely a different order because the delivery guy couldn’t care to check before picking something up. Then, my account got blocked out of nowhere for no reason. I tried to reach out but I got absolutely no explanation or help whatsoever. Of course I deleted my account! I don’t think I’ll ever give Talabat another chance, I’ve had enough:)

It would be great if an alert of when a restaurant is open again would let you know so you can confirm your order .

They get money… but don’t deliver anything… Never use this app…

Impossible to watch YouTube: completely riddled with stupid Talabat ads, even though I already have the app. Will only be using Deliveroo.

Don’t know what they advertise is so much...used it 4/5 times and never could fond a place available Absolutely useless

App is not reliable on time of delivery. 3 out of 4 orders were late and one I have to cancel it after waiting 2 hrs for a salad and talking three times to the customers’ service of talabat. Even if the addresses are detailed and precise, delivery guys keep on get lost.

Talabat has a lot of options which is why I choose to use it most of the times. But the costumer service is absolutely the worst ever, they have no idea of how to fix a problem or if it’s their mistake they full you with million “apologies” and they just try to end the conversation as fast as possible. I personally decide that after all the problems caused and the careless showed from the costumer service staff I will never ever use their application again, I won’t suggest it to anyone.

There is a center of contact that doesn’t answer. Useless

Fast, professional, guaranteed. I would recommend this application for all people of all ages, especially regarding lunch delivery at work. Ottimo !!
