Warning refunds
Warning, they do not refund orders that don’t come through. They promised to refund an order that didn’t show up after 3 hours of talking and 3 days later they only refunded 10% saying the issue was resolved. Beware they are not like uber eats or other European food services. If you are going to have to use the app absolutely do not pay with card

First I ordered from 7:00 and the order comes 9:30 and when it comes the food it’s not cold it’s freezing 🥶 and when we call them they say we are just a delivery we can’t do nothing then we say come back and take the food we don’t want it they say call the restaurant and deal with them I’m never gonna order from this app never again 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢😡😡
Impossible to get support, overcharges
The app will offer you a voucher but then will charge you the full amount despite using the voucher. Then its impossible to actually contact support, all you can do is read their limited set of dumbass preset FAQ answers. If your problem isnt covered there, too bad, f off.
Talabat not working outside the UAE
While I was traveling to Europe, and my wife was in the UAE, wanted me to order her food, the app refused to even open.

Can’t contact customer support
It’s not possible to contact support if not logged in, and it’s not possible to login now when in another country (Sweden). I need to access my account and cancel pro subscription.
Did not get order, Fraud
I made one order, their system was wrong, it ordered twice about the same seconds. Could not cancel and could not fix. Only got one order, and app showed two delivered. Contact the customer service, just said it showed both delivered, so they could do nothing. Contact them several times, same answers, copy and paste. Fraud!
