التقييمات الي موجودة في التطبيق غير حقيقية. لاحظت هذا الشيء لما صارلي تسمم من مطعم ٥ نجوم. اجيت شيكت على تقييمات مطاعم ثانية مثلا تقييم مطعم الاغا كان ٤ اجيت اشوف اليوم صار ٥ فقدت الثقة في هذا التطبيق

The saved address is not shown when ordering. Every time I order I have to fill in my address. It used to work well until about a month or so ago. Tried to give this feedback directly into your app but it crashes when submitting

The delivery time will double after you submit order, and the app took an hour to assogn the order to a driver then didn’t offer any compensation for 2 hours delay and wouldn’t let me cancel and get a full refund

Entering a new credit card while there’s already a credit card in doesn’t work. After entering all details on an iPhone pro 13 you can’t hit the save/pay button

I wanted to order food in Jordan. It was possible to add money to My account on Talabat pay but it is not possible to do or order anything with My money so I basically wasted My money by adding it to Talabat. Also I tried to reach the customer services to get My money back and account deblocked. It is not possible to reach them. Bad for such a big company.

In Qatar working for a couple of months. I used this app to order food. Food always took close to hours to arrive, cold and stale. The driver would cancel some of the times. The worst food delivery application i have ever used around the globe but there is no alternative, the only reason it’s still in business.

I ordered food and they forgot a bunch of items contacted Customer Support they told me I will get refunded my money in 1 hour 2 days has passed by don’t download this app you better off with Lezzoo or some other competitor
